Rosuvastatin is a statin medication and a competitive inhibitor of the enzyme HMG-CoA (3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A) reductase, which catalyzes the conversion of HMG-CoA to mevalonate, an early rate-limiting step in cholesterol biosynthesis.

Atorvastatin Calcium is a type of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and a type of statin. Also called Lipitor.

Nebivolol hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder that is sparingly soluble in Dimethyl formamide and slightly soluble in Methanol. 

Amlodipine besylate is a white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 567.1. It is slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Amlodipine besylate tablets are formulated as white tablets equivalent to 2.5, 5 and 10 mg of amlodipine for oral administration.

Generally, angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs) such as telmisartan bind to the angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptors with high affinity, causing inhibition of the action of angiotensin II on vascular smooth muscle, ultimately leading to a reduction in arterial blood pressure.

This mechanism of action makes ACE inhibitors highly effective in treating hypertension (high blood pressure) and congestive heart failure. Additionally, ACE inhibitors have been found to be beneficial for patients with certain kidney disorders and diabetic nephropathy.

Metoprolol succinate is a white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 652.8. It is freely soluble in water; soluble in methanol; sparingly soluble in ethanol; slightly soluble in dichloromethane and 2-propanol; practically insoluble in ethyl-acetate, acetone, diethylether and heptane.
